Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy & Iridology

Do you feel exhausted, run-down, or like you’re just getting by rather than thriving? Whether it’s poor sleep, low energy, digestive discomfort, stress, or a general sense that something’s out of balance, herbal medicine and naturopathy offer a personalised, whole-person path back to feeling well.

🌿

What This Can Help With

Consultations are tailored to your unique needs and can support concerns such as:

  • Digestive health
  • Stress and burnout
  • Sleep issues
  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Immune resilience
  • Hormonal wellbeing
  • General health optimisation

🌿

What Your Consultation Covers

Rather than focusing on a single symptom, your consultation explores five key areas of your health — the Five Pillars of Resilience — to identify where you might benefit most from support:

✦ Sleep & Recovery How well you’re resting and recovering — the foundation everything else is built on.

✦ Digestive Health How well you’re absorbing nutrients and producing energy.

✦ Stress & Nervous System Whether your body is stuck in survival mode, and how to help it move into rest, repair and resilience.

✦ Nourishment Whether what you’re eating is giving your body what it actually needs.

✦ Movement How circulation, mobility and vitality show up in your day-to-day life.

🌿

The Tools Used to Support You

Depending on what you need, your plan may draw on:

✦ Herbal Medicine A personalised herbal prescription, designed around your body and its natural healing processes.

✦ Naturopathy A look at the lifestyle, nutritional and environmental factors that may be influencing your health.

✦ Iridology An assessment of the patterns, colours and characteristics of your iris, used alongside your health history to help build a fuller picture of your constitution and where you might need support. It isn’t used to diagnose disease, but as one part of a wider assessment.

✦ Qigong Gentle movement and breathing techniques you can use to support relaxation, balance, circulation and nervous system regulation.

✦ Kinesiology (Coming Soon) Muscle testing used as a form of biofeedback, to help identify areas of imbalance and guide your personalised support plan.

Why Herbal Medicine Might Be Right for You
