As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor Tamzin’s goal is to provide a trusting and confidential relationship in which to explore and process any problems or challenges you might be experiencing. There are no issues too big or too small, if they are holding you back from living a fulfilling and satisfying life, they are worth talking about. Counselling provides a non-judgemental, non-biased space to do this, allowing for and encouraging fresh perspectives, providing an opportunity to untangle complicated thoughts and feelings, to promote healing and to develop self-awareness.
