WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?

Aromatherapy is the controlled use of plant extracts known as Essential Oils. These oils have a wide range of therapeutic properties and have been known to help a range of physical and emotional problems. These oils can be used in a variety of ways, massage being one of the most therapeutic.
Aromatherapy massage improves cardiovascular and lymphatic circulation, releases muscle tension and can reduce pain. More importantly, regular Aromatherapy Massage can prevent recurrence of aches, pain and tension.

First appointment:

A minimum 45 minute first session is required for Maggie to take a case history, assess the situation and give some treatment. After the initial consultation a possible treatment plan will be discussed with you.

The complicated chemistry of essential oils requires a trained Aromatherapist to ensure proper understanding of their complex nature and to mix a blend of Essential Oils specifically for you.

Maggie is an experienced Aromatherapist and Reflexologist. She has been interested in holistic health care for many years and has been practising since 1996. She has particular interest and experience in Stress Relief and Fertility issues.
